Hotel Viraj Retreat

One of the best places i stayed and indeed exceeded my expectations. I do not praise much easily and usually not provide feedback unless matches services claimed but this feedback is well deserving. A fresh air and breath is what one would experience here. A new hotel, well designed and thought through room architecture with lot of space in front to park and surrounded by greeneries. Food is very good too prepared with care. Very peaceful place. The service is excellent specially the reception comprising Sriya and Aishwarya very sweet and go out of way to help for example even when there is a bit delay in response from room service. The operations manager Mr Vipin was also very courteous and helpful too. Don't know all by name but all of the other staff were polite and helpful too including the security man at the gate. The cost is reasonable and affordable. Not to forget they also make you feel our tradition and culture in different ways they serve, the soothing music played is peaceful. Would urge the hotel to continue the established high level of service. All in all, you will return with a satisfying and memorable stay.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Viraj and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! They served the most delicious and fresh food, with impeccable presentation. We chose the live fish and ordered it as " meen pollichath " . It was a culinary masterpiece.The major attraction was, they were very very budget friendly. They made us go around & explore their services like room, halls etc. They were spotless, hygienic, and exuded a sense of comfort and relaxation. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The hotel's overall ambiance was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and fantastic dining experience. Don't miss trying their signature dishes! We had visited the restaurant at Hotel Viraj Retreat for my husband's birthday party. I just made a call to them for arranging a cake for the party which they did very promptly. The food at the restaurant was very tasty as usual. This is our second visit at the restaurant. We all were very impressed by the service offered by all the staffs, they were very cordial and patient. Thank you for making the evening a memorable one.

Very comfortable rooms with very attentive and friendly staff. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the rooms very clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The highlight of our stay however was the food served in the restaurant for the evening meal. Suhil the chef and his team cooked some of the best food we have tasted. We asked the staff for recommendations and they did not disappoint. Just incredible. Even if you are more staying at the hotel I would recommend visiting im the evening for the food alone. 10/10.

Polite staff, new hotel. Clean and well kept. Food was really good and pocket friendly, especially naadan food was tasty. Food menu is not exhaustive yet, since they are new. Food is kid friendly, not very spicy but really tasty. Rooms are spacious and clean. Clean and neat washrooms. Ample parking space.

I am happy to write a review about Hotel Viraj Retreat. I stayed in this hotel for 2 days. Really it was a pleasant stay. Very neat and clean hotel. Hotel staffs are very cooperative. Especially reception staff. I wish to mention the name of Ms.Sreeja, who gave good support in all needs. Her dealings to a customer are appreciable. I got few minutes to chat with General Manager also. He is very cooperative and supportive. I enjoyed the food also, tasty. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Highly recommended.
