Don't Book Rooms here. Property is good but no maintenance & the staff in day Duty was a failure( one with a lens in eyes). we booked a room and reached there after traveling 110 kilometres with a patient. the guy in the reception was not Reversed the room. after conflicts we got a room with bad bathroom facilities. they are not focused on business or guest satisfaction their aim is to cheat the Guest.

It is good to have a place like this and I enjoyed it very well

I made a polite inquiry regarding the availability of rooms and possible price adjustments, only to be met with an extremely unprofessional response. The individual on the phone abruptly stated, "We are not selling fish here," and disconnected the call. When I called back to clarify I was the same person, they rudely asked, "Who are you?" before once again terminating the call. On my third attempt, when I questioned if this was the manner in which they addressed customers, I was told, "It's my choice." I was forced to call repeatedly due to a family member being hospitalised. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid dealing with this hotel. I've call recordings of this

"Disappointing Experience at Mayflower Residency I called to inquire about room availability near the hospital due to a family emergency. Instead of empathy, I faced unprofessionalism. When asking about discounts, the staff member rudely said, 'This isn't a fish market business.' He hung up on me THREE TIMES. Even the fish market business is well coordinated and they know how to behave to a customer. Unacceptable customer service. Lack of compassion for guests in distress. No water provided for drinking. The rate is little high. For non AC room 1150 and for AC rooms it is 2500

Very bad experience . They take full payment before checking in. Rooms were not cleaned , dirty door mats, toilet extremely dirty when asked them to clean they denied , and said we can provide only this much cleaniness. Shower tray broken and toilet fossil also broken.Very rude behaviour of staff . AC not cleaned we got sore throat and cough after spending a night there.looks like they dont clean room after one customer vacates. All dustbins were kept full of sanitry waste in the balcony.

Good service, neat and clean

They are facing some problems from OYO I guess. They says that OYO bookings are not needed and all. The rooms were decent and neat. Never trust the free breakfast trick. Better to eat from outside. Average
