We were thoroughly impressed with the hotel as a venue for our event. The spacious event rooms and attentive staff ensured everything ran smoothly. Our guests appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and enjoyed the delicious food. Overall, the hotel provided a professional and functional space that met our needs perfectly.

You've done a great job keeping up the standards of a four-star hotel. The professionalism and conduct of the staff are also impressive.

The room was quite spacious and had adequate amenities. I booked it on Goibibo .They had the best rate . The hotel is definitely on a pricy list. Unfortunately there was no complementary breakfast. The hotel is located at a very good accessible location at a walkable distance to Caritas hospital and nearest bus stop. If the check out time was more flexible, that would have been more appropriate. The staff behaviour was average. The property was clean. The resto bar and restaurant was good. The attitude of restaurant staff was too good.One guy coming from Alappuzha was quite friendly. I can't remember his name.But the front office staff behaviour was not upto expectations. Amenities were good. Unfortunately there was only one dental kit in our room. But the house keeping staff responded promptly on request. They should definitely include complementary breakfast for this amount (2500+). Overall rating 4/5. It's a recommended place for stay.

Extremely disappointed with the service and food from Excalibur team on 29/12/2024 for my marriage fixation. I really regret on choosing them to host the event and food. Technicians do not even know to connect projector and bluetooth services. The fish molly provided was with a low quality fish and other dishes had no taste at all. Most of the guests were disappointed. When the above concerns were raised with the manager Robin there was no sort of compromise and manners from their end. Only intent is money, not quality and service. Note to other's: Please do not repeat this mistake. Thanks, Emmanuel Sunny

Went there to attend a summit, and the food arranged was sumptuous and delicious. The various amenities they offer was up to par and I was glad to visit the hotel Excalibur at least once.

Highly recommended for any kind of event or celebration!

Let me share my recent experience. I approached the food counter (Ground Floor) for Porotta and Beef Dry Fry. I gave him the bill at 7.30pm and waited for 45 minutes. In between he served all other bills given by the hotel attenders and didn't even minded my request. He served two plates of Beef Dry Fry in between to his fellow coworkers but never considered mine. Approached the hotel as I was starving since morning and thought you people will serve better. Atlast i walk out of the hotel by leaving my parcel there. If you need to check camera, do it. The incident happened today (22/10/2024) at 7.35pm. I waited for about 45 minutes and walked out without even collecting my parcel. Because the food was not prepared till that moment. 3 Porotta was packed. Was a regular customer (for food) for about an year, but will never come af your doorsteps even if i die starving. The Chef (Non Malayali, wearing a yellow Tshirt today) will never serve your customers properly and will never impress them.
