A place perfect for a staycation or a weekend getaway with friends or family . This is a whole property which is only given out for one group at a time to provide maximum privacy . Amenities are at high standards including a fresh water pool . A highly peaceful place with a supportive and friendly staffs creating a experience that will make you choose the property repeatedly and one that we will recommend others to enjoy as well . Also the property includes kitchen with all facilities from conventional oven to basic grill and all kind of basic cooking and serving utensils are also available.

The place is a scenic beauty. Property is great for privacy and private functions. The pool here is good and large but there is no filter for the pool they pump in water from the river for this purpose. There are clear sign of ages in property but the maintenance is done but not up to the mark. Overall it is a great place to stay apart from these issues.

Excellent property. The best choice if you want to stay with your family away from the city life. Network is really poor, however they have a really good internet connection. And network being poor save us from unnecessary calls during vacation. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also really well made and served. Pool is also well maintained. It is budget friendly too. Had a really great time.

Location is pretty good and calm. 2 Rooms were good and clean. Cieling of third room was filled with fungi and had a bad odour. Swimming pool is a good sized one but it does not have any filtering system. They pump water from the near by River and I am not sure if they change the water regularly. They colur of the water was Green. Note- If you are booking because of the pool. Please don't .

Calm and peaceful ambience, away from city and noise. Pool facility available. Easily able to park 3-4 cars. 3 bedrooms, 3bathrooms out of which 1 comes equipped with jacuzzi bath tub. All bedrooms come with AC. CCTV security available. Electric fencing done to ensure safety from wild animals. Word of caution- no shops nearby, so get everything you need in advance including drinking water and food. Bring a grill/barbecue machine and enjoy a good cookout. Getting from villa to pool and back involves climbing steps which is a bit steep(especially if your feet get wet). Bathroom/Toilet facility near pool. The approach road is steep and not tarred(filled with loose rock and leaves). TV comes with OTT subscription as well, Mobile phone coverage is iffy at best with phone showing out of range 80%of the time, and their wifi is weak so go there only if you wish to enjoy life before phones. Overall its spacious villa and felt Value for money.

we stayed here for 05 days with family and had an amazing stay house helper was too good he was so handy when we needed groceries and stuff as he even kept food ready as per your requirement I found that an amazing location and view worth all the money. we spend one whole day in swimming pool I have no complains, I will definitely visiting this place again and would recommend this 100%. only one little issue we had was normally there was a Caretaker (guy) who understand English and little bit of Hindi so had no issue but when for some days there was a caretaker(lady) who doesn't understand anything apart from Malyalam and even we tried google translation she couldn't understand anything but she was very good with her cleaning and daily chors but then we had to call caretaker(guy) to explain her etc. which was long at a time but that is very minor against beauty of the house and location.

Good place to chill out with your friends or family. Quite and calm environment. Well-maintained and spacious rooms. The only issue we faced was that the road to the home stay, about an 100 meters from main road was in bad condition.

The place is very beautiful. They have arranged all the basic neccessities. 3 air conditioned bedrooms. 2 are attached. Kitchen have got all the amenities like gas connection, refridgerator, electric grill, oven, coffee maker, bread toater, charcoal grill etc.. solar water heater gives hot water in the bath rooms 24/7. The villa is equipped with invertor also. You will have a calm and pleasant stay and really enjoy the early mornings here. The pool is also pretty neat and clean.
