Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I had the worst experience at this hotel. Despite booking an AC room through MMT, we were told upon arrival that there were no rooms available for us. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially after traveling with expectations based on our confirmed booking. Even when we were finally given a room, it was a complete disaster. There was no air conditioning, no water in the room or shower, and the overall condition of the place was appalling. To make things worse, there is absolutely no safety for women and children--a basic necessity that every hotel should ensure. The manager, Reji, behaved in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of addressing our concerns, he was dismissive and arrogant, making the situation even more stressful. This hotel lacks basic amenities, safety, and courtesy. It was a complete nightmare, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. Total waste of time, money, and peace of mind!

The stay was really awesome . No words to tell , everything was excellent. The room amenities , ambience and the courteous behavior of staffs.I really enjoyed the stay .Thank u so much to all in VKJ....

The Best Hotel in Thattekkad. Best ambience, aesthetics, clean rooms, good service, lake view. The food taste is also good. It is near the Thattekkad Bird sanctuary. It also has a small archery game for fun. Great Experience!!!

The worst hotel I have ever experienced, rooms in the most worst condition , No proper service to customers , even the staff were in an inebriated state. Need to mention the attitude and arrogance of general manager of the hotel , no safety for women

We visited the restaurant of VKJ Riverside Hotel on Yesterday 12/10/2024. In fact we did not stay in this hotel as it was a one day program. We went to take lunch. We had to travel around 5 kilometres to reach the location of this beautiful hotel. The Food was first class. The manager and staff of the hotel follow the dictum Athidhi Devo Bhava... they were ready to service food even though the hotel restaurant timings were over. The time was close to 3 o'clock it was their time for taking rest still they had the patience and forbearance to serve food for my family. The Ambience of the hotel is very good having close proximity to Kuttampuzha River. This a well kept well maintained hotel. The hotel is paradised but it is kept away from direct entry to Hotel premises. I will stay in this hotel in the near future... Special mention of Mr Jomy, the General. Manager.... He is having great helping aptitude doning great smile
