Arcadia Resort

I visited 24/12/24 with my whole family, we had Very Bad experience with Manager we lost our vacation mood. Additional bed facility was not arranged properly. This spoiled entire mood of our. No hospitality from managers side. Basic necessity was not provided properly. Pls provide very good hospitality Manager other wise your name& fame wil get lose

I stayed on 24th Dec 2024 at Arcadia resort with my family and my experience was extremely disappointing. The management and service were far from satisfactory, and the resort failed to meet even basic expectations. Terrible Manager Behavior: The manager Anu was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns politely, they displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude, making the experience even more unpleasant. No Mineral Water Provided: It's shocking that the resort does not provide mineral water to guests. When I requested it, I was told to manage with tap water which is unacceptable. No Luggage Carrying Facilities: There were no porters or staff available to assist with luggage. Instead, the resort suggested hiring an autorickshaw at my own expense! This lack of hospitality was frustrating and unprofessional For the amount charged, the resort failed to provide even basic amenities and services. I would strongly advise against staying here unless major improvements are made. There are far better options available for a more enjoyable and hassle-free experience.

Had wonderfull momonets with this arcadia. Manager is so friendly. Nice ambience and climet. I would defnetly suggest my friends

One of the best escape places around Wayanad. This is located close to Banasura Sagar dam and is almost equidistant from Kalpetta and Vythiri. The location is peaceful and there are plenty of streams around. The rooms are all good and if you're looking for a family vacation this is highly recommended. The pool was also neatly managed and had great fun out there. Definitely going to visit again

Best place for a perfect weekend getaway. Splendid views from the room balcony as they were facing the pool and the dense canopy of trees followed by the hills behind. Trekking was an immersive journey through the woods experiencing different types of trees along the stream nearby where the sound and sight was rejuvenating.

Very bad attitude from entair resort management

had a wonderful stay here with my friends and kids.... very calm and pleasant atmosphere very co operative staff.... service was super good...

I stayed in this property on the 11th of November. Had the worst experience from the side of the resort. Very bad room service, washbasins are blocked , heater not working, resort is not completely furnished.
