We had an excellent experience with this hotel, as I booked here for my baby's first birthday party. Service was awesome and food as well. Room was also good.. I prefer this hotel to the people to celebrate or to staycation.

The Pearl view hosted our annual state conference of Family medicine and primary care. We had wonderful two days there. The halls , board rooms were excellent. The staff there were so cooperative with us in our every activities and we felt them as a part of our organising team. The rooms were excellent, well maintained, perfect hygienic atmosphere. The best part there is the open space near the pool where our evening gala event happened... the place is perfect for a get together and all sorts of activities.

Disappointing Stay at Pearl View Restaurant, Thalassery* As a native of Thalassery, I was excited to stay at Pearl View Restaurant for the first time. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. While the rooms were neat and clean, the overall service and amenities were subpar. *Room Amenities: A Mixed Bag* The rooms, although tidy, lacked attention to detail. The bathing towels and handkerchiefs provided were worn out, with visible holes. This was a disappointing start to our stay. *Poor Room Service* The room service was slow and inefficient. We had to repeatedly request for basic amenities like water bottles. To our surprise, only half-liter bottles were provided for two people, which was insufficient. *Security Concerns* The biggest concern, however, was the security. The staff, particularly at night, were inebriated and displayed unacceptable behavior. As a family-friendly establishment, this was alarming and made us feel uneasy. *Inconvenient Room Location* The rooms were located at a considerable distance from the lifts, making it a chore to navigate, especially for those with mobility issues. *Conclusion* Overall, my stay at Pearl View Restaurant was a disappointment. While the rooms were clean, the service, amenities, and security were lacking.
