Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel. We booked our stay through an agency, but upon arrival, the hotel staff completely refused to take responsibility for our reservation. Instead of helping us resolve the issue, they were dismissive, unprofessional, and showed no empathy at all, when we reached the hotel it was 12 o clock and asked us to find the different hotel in midnight inspite of guiding. The behavior of the staff was rude and unacceptable. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. Poor service and attitude like this are simply not worth it.

If there was an option to give zero star, i would give this hotel a big zero star. The worst service ever from this hotel. Late in the night, they have cancelled our booking and then they didn't give us the rooms. They acted like evil people. We had to find other hotels at that hour. They didn't even inform prior to cancelling the booking.And the front office manager there, Vineeth is one horrible person. At 1 am, he cancelled the booking and his response was so so frustrating. Don't ever book this hotel. The worst service ever

I recently booked rooms for my family. The staff were polite when I called for booking and also gave me all the details. The rooms were clean and well maintained. It was a hassle free experience.

Rooms are spacious and good but the main thing is you won't get any food or not even a cup of tea or coffee. Otherwise nicely located and good staff. For breakfast and food they provide 2 or 3 nearby restaurants contact number but they won't supply any early tea or coffee till 10am. We felt it was difficult to get a morning tea and breakfast. The price is reasonable and the staff are really polite and good.

Excellent service by the staff. They took care of all our travel and food needs based on the availability. The suite room was spacious and comfortable for the 3 of us. Restaurant was not functional at the hotel, but they arranged breakfast for us early morning while we did online delivery for lunch and dinner. Overall.. great for the value!

Overall it's a good hotel from stay, room and cleanliness point of view. - Room are clean. - staffs are well behaved - the hotel restaurant was under renovation. - it's near ild bus stand the only problem is that there is no good beach near to the hotel, good beaches are ~5KM away. And no sea view from the rooms.

Room is good but cleanliness of the restrooms are not up to the mark. Water heaters are not working at some time especially in early morning. No restaurant facility was available in the hotel during my stays So that I should opt for outside hotels. But still it is an affordable stay.
