Hotel B K M International

This is my experience at the hotel stay. We reached the hotel only to find out that the roads were dug all around the hotel and four wheelers cannot reach the hotel and has to be parked far away from the hotel which is a big let down as there is no security for the parked car, which atleast is 100mts away from the hotel location,the reception while taking the booking never informed about this and even on the day that we were going they didn't inform us though we had called to confirm our arrival. Rooms are really good, and even the washrooms are very clean. Hot water is available. Service is very good and responsive. I cannot say it is a fully family friendly stay because there was cigarette smell coming into the room which was causing discomfort and when reported to the reception they said they don't have a control on who smokes or drinks as the customer may get angry if they oppose, this is the response that i got, they agreed to put room spray in our room which didn't help much, and they didn't have any other empty rooms so we had to bear with it. It is right next to thalassery bus stand so it is easy to commute,but because of the roads being dug up people having 4 wheelers please confirm with the hotel because looks like the work is not going to get over anytime soon. The restaurant is nothing fancy, just a simple restaurant in the 2nd floor, we didn't try it so not sure about the taste or quality. AC works really well here which is much needed for Kerala weather. Over all if it was not for the dug up road and the smoke smell it is a good place to stay.

Worth the price. Spacious and clean AC rooms. Friendly staffs. Near to bust stand. Smooth check in checkout. 24 hours checkin checkout facility was very much helpful. Thanks you

The room was really nice and clean.. Breakfast was just average. The worst two things I experienced were AC was not working and Hot water was not available which was even worse... Other than AC.. Hot water .. everything was ok.

Safe for ladies . Me and my sister travelled. Very new to the place . Hotel just two minutes away from bus stop .

Best hotel in Thalassery town. Best suitable for family. Very neat and hygienic place. Ample parking space.

We stayed in their deluxe King room for a day. The room was spacious, neat and clean. Complimentary breakfast was provided at the restaurant and the quality of food was really good. The hotel is situated next to the bus stand and hotels/shops are available all around within walking distance. Parking spots are limited but the service was good.

Rooms are like average. I would say its not worth the 2000 rupees per night charge. The rooms are spacious, however they were having odour of paint which I didnt like at all. The TV remotes were hard to navigate. Toilets were average. Mostly I didnt like the ambience of the room. Coming to their restaurant, the food was really nice. The price is moderate and not too high which is a good thing. The entrance to the hotel is kind of difficult if youre coming by 4 wheeler. Its inside a shopping complex and maximum of 5 cars can be parked in their parking lot. Its very crowded and noisy place. But railway stations, Bus stops are easily accessible making this hotel a choice for convenience.
