HOLIDAY PARK

I booked 4 rooms here and paid advance amount. Just 2 days before I was to go there, the trip needed to be cancelled, as well as the rooms. But without any hesitation the hotel management refunded the advance amount I paid. They never had a fuss about it. Without even going there, I was overwhelmed with their courtesy and customer service. It is sure that I will book rooms at Holiday park itself on my next trip to Thalassery.

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Park Thalassery! The hotel offers a great blend of comfort, cleanliness, and affordability. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly courteous and always ready to assist, making the experience even better. Had a worst experience with the hotel staff.. Where my collegues had to attend an event in thalassery, we booked a stay 1 month prior, later on the day when we arrived we had the worst experience from the hotel staff. First booking was done through one staff where as we were attended on the day of arrival by another staff and was totally having arguments regarding the booking. It totally spoiled our day.

Whenever I used to stay at telichery for business purposes, I used stay at this hotel , rooms are very clean , staffs are very cooperative and friendly, even security guards also nice, budgeted hotel ,cost effective and valued for money, I suggest people can try this hotel..

After having looked at several hotels in Thallasery town area, I found Holiday Park / Sou hagya Residency to be the most conveniently located, reasonably priced hotel, with rooms that were nice & spacious for 2 persons stay. I also liked the courtesy of reception & staff at the hotel. As a result, I ended up booking this hotel thrice in the last 4 months. Wholeheartedly, I recommend this hotel to all visitors of Thallasery.

Change happened after renovation is nice. Good ambiance. Nice breakfast
