A group of 26 people stayed 1st December. Staircase, lift are not at all standard. Rooms r poor. No intercoms facility. No fire safety staircase in case of emergency ( locked with key). Booked room with complimentary breakfast No sufficient kitchen staff to serve. Finally leave the hotel without breakfast

Value for money stay. Clean room and washroom. Walkable distance to Thrichambaram and Rajarajeshwara temple.

A group of 40 higher secondary teachers staying in this Residency from 10 of Dec upto 19.There a so many issues about the accommodation, among them the mostly affected one is the unavailability of hot water. Abhi complaint so many time but no way. Perceptionist says that we have 24 hour hot water service but we get hot water only one day. Then the problem about the stair and lift. The lift can carry only four people. The stair has no fire safety in emergency... So I strongly says that this residency not keeps the standards ..so search for another better one

Called to check the-availability of rooms,A women took the call and answered rudely poor service !

At the time of booking, it was clearly mentioned by the hotel, it's a deluxe room with 3 beds in it. Also the photo was shown similarly. Room charge was paid for deluxe room only. When we arrived, they gave only normal double room with an extra bed. In that room there was not even space to put an extra bed on floor. Just for the namesake they gave an extra bed. They gave us the same 1600/- charged room at the rate of 2500/- simply mentioning it as deluxe room. I doubt whether there are deluxe rooms there. I don't recommend this hotel for stay because of this.

My self and fly stayed here for a week from 26 Aug 2021. The hotel is very conveniently located. The room is kept clean and hygienic. Front desk staff are courteous and well behaved. Hot water is available in bathroom 24hrs. We had a comfortable stay.

Comfortable stay with family, good connectivity to main bus stand and excellent vegetarian restaurant at the entrance. An easy recommendation for a quick stay. Bathrooms are large and clean, beddings are comfortable (maybe a bit soft for those who like firmer beds) and quick check-in/out process.
