Lovely property in a beautiful location. The place is well kept and very clean. Lot of green space with the river in the backyard... Host pratish , an avid traveller himself has taken care to ensure the place is enjoyable... Brilliant place to spend time with family and friends.

Perfect homestay for those wishing to explore a less crowded and beautiful corner of Kerala. Facing the river and surrounded by lush green, the villa is quite remarkable. The host, Prateesh, is the embodiment of coolness and didn't mind ferrying me around with his Royal Enfiend! Better to arrange own transportation if wanting to move around more independently.

Indeed a great place to stay, a river side well designed homestay with Village vibes, Ask prateesh for any help to arrange a local tour from motorcycle tours to heritage tours and kayaking tours he does it ll with style. Take local canoe and row in river flows just infront of the property.they provide homemade food with warmth, it's one of the best homestay to stay in Kannur to know about the local culture ,and do not miss theyyam performance in the season ( normally oct - may )

Where do I start? The absolutely amazing location? The tastefully done home? The MINDBLOWING host Pratish? The yummy food cooked by the in house cook? We as a family of 6 booked the whole house (can accommodate even more) and we loved it. The perfect modern Kerala house vibe, the backwater is just the best thing to watch while sipping hot tea! Relax, or head out with the host for some good local shopping, food or adventure - he will cater to what u want! Adventure is his second name :) Wish I could stay there for a week - feel at home when u go there! Cheers!!

Had such a good time with few of my guys there. The place is such calm and quite. Great ambience for a small group get together, family time etc. Great Host, Pratish, the guy is almost invisible, thus offering you great deal of privacy. But he and the staff are available when ever you need them.

It's an amazing place to stay, if you like to move away from your daily 9 to 5 grind. The place was nice, spacious and clean, true home cooked food (where the cook shared the recipe with us), and of course, cannot miss out mentioning the amazing host Pratish. Starting from guiding us to the place, taking us out for sight seeing, helping us buy local products, he did everything to make our holiday memorable. It was a lovely vacation, thanks!

Picturesque location with unreal views. Pratish was a super host who would help you with everything you need. |Felt as if we were sharing the stay with friends and family. It was relaxing and peaceful stay. experienced rural living and was able to visit touristy spots in and around Kannur with help from pratish. |Wish to come back here soon.
