They take good care with good food n accommodation.. we had a good stay with basic aminities available there its pleasure to have a good n peacfull stay worth the stay .. kids friendly aswell good place to cherish n enjoy with large groups have good stay if u want a homely stay n good food and sleep..

This beach home is very near to Dharmadam beach. It's really a 5 min walk. Their ambiance was good and clean. They had breakfast along with the package, we need to inform them if we need lunch and dinner. They had hot water facilities too. They have space for parking too. The rooms are not too big but manageable. All the rooms have attached bathrooms and also have a common bathroom for emergencies too. The fan had problem during our visit which we had informed to the care takers. Over all, the experience was good.

We, around 12 in number, went to Dharmadam beach during the month of January. We stayed at this cozy and serene place - Tranquility Beach Home. The place is owned by a very amicable and hospitable family. The house has four rooms, four bathrooms and a dining hall. The terrace is spacious, airy and covered. Few meters away from the house, is the beach. The beach is clean with shallow water during the low tide. The walk, wading through shallow sea to a virgin island close to the mainland is a memorable and thrilling experience. The soothing waves, non-sticky sand, shallow sea and zilch crowd make it a perfect beach to chill out. The owners at Tranquility Beach Home are great chefs too. If you like sea-food, get ready for gluttony. Charges: Rs. 1500 per room; Room size is OK, three can stay in. Food will be charged per person and is optional. Rs. 200 per person for dinner Rs. 50 per person for breakfast Rs. 200 per person for lunch

We stayed for one night only. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The family who hosted us were super friendly. The food was delicious. The beach was not even 5 minutes away by walk. Only one room was air conditioned. A good stay overall.

Family friendly. Safety for couples. Best home stay. Must try : Dheena ma's Puttu. Very nearer to the beach. Safe car parking area. The couple's inside home are very friendly and caring. Nearby kayaking activities are also available. Best nearby beach for photoshoot.

Tranquility is a 4BHK house right next to Dharmadam beach and hence in true sense, a home stay. Pradeep and Dheena runs the show, very friendly couple, serves great food. This place got well maintained and clean rooms. Have to take this place packaged with Dharmadam beach, calm, serene & clean.||Recommend this homestay for large group

It is one of the good places to visit with the location being perfect for a homestay along the beach. The best part is the walk on the sea to the dharmadom island and the virgin beach. Watching the sunset is one of the amazing experiences that one should not miss while going to this place. The hospitality was warm and the place is affordable and offers a good value for money.
