Kadavu Resort

Despite its name, Kadav Resort doesn't live up to the expectations of a true resort experience. While it is relatively affordable, I found the place disappointing. The rooms are small, and the bathrooms were not well-maintained or clean, which really detracted from the overall experience. Unfortunately, this is not a place I would recommend or choose to stay at again.

The staff at the resort are very friendly and hospitable. We were a big group and had booked multiple rooms. All the rooms were clean and air-conditioned. Suite room has good capacity and can occupy even 6/8people easily. There are single, two and three bed rooms. You can park your vehicle opposite the resort. We had a pleasant experience staying at kadavu.

Rooms are large with attached bathroom. You get both AC and non-AC rooms here. Food is not available in the resort. But there are few thattukada nearby where you get good breakfast and lunch options. The caretaker there is such a warm person. He provided us with boiled milk for our kid and also gave us unniappams on our way back :D

This resort is located 1.5kms away from Sreekandapuram bus stand. Students who have exams at Marygiri E park can take a stay at this resort. They have both AC and non AC rooms charged at 1500 and 1000 respectively. Rooms are well maintained. This resort does not provide food so make sure to arrange the same.

It is a very good medium resort.. There are workers out there who know how to behave well and decently.. Ac room Non ac room facility is available there.. There is a good parking facility for small vehicles like two wheeler four wheeler.. What I found to be a problem was that not having a shop or hotel nearby made it a little difficult and Rent is a little more ..

Resort is only there in the name, it's actually a normal Lodge but the rooms are well maintained and are kept clean and neat, the bathroom is not up to the mark. There is no restaurant here so you have to go outside to buy food. It's perfect for a one night stay but not more than that.

its good place hangout with friends. With balcony room, rain uff it was amazing.

Its an Ok Place for a night or two. Not an ideal place for ladies to stay. I had stayed in a corner room in the ground floor. The window had a curtain but it was a translucent see through type curtain. The room is enough for stay if you are writing an exam or stuff like that in the area but for a retreat, not recommended. The charge of room is a bit overpriced for the condition of the room. They also dont serve food in the area except for tea or coffee which was available at the time I stayed there. Cant be sure about it though. The staff were friendly and nice. Hotels are available under 2, 3 kms from the area. parking is available but the way into the compund is a bit rough.
