We had a function at Nila .The lights in room were not properly working and the customer service was so bad.It just waste of money

Unpleasant Stay at Nila Residency My recent experience at Nila Residency was disheartening, with the only positive aspect being its location near to Railway Station. Upon arrival a week ago, the unprofessionalism of the staff became apparent. Initially shown an uncleaned room, we were led to another one after expressing our dissatisfaction. Despite requesting a double bed room, we were given a room with two single beds separated by a table. The room lacked essential amenities such as a TV, set-top box, and a connected phone. Additionally, there were no floor mats, and only one bath towel was provided. A foul smell emanated from the bathroom, further diminishing our experience. Service was equally subpar. I had to visit the front desk to request water, as the service person failed to answer the call. The same situation occurred when I needed assistance with the room key. Considering the inadequate room infrastructure, the daily charge of 2.2k seemed exorbitant. Despite being a 24-hour checkout hotel, the staff incessantly inquired about our departure time, creating unnecessary discomfort. During checkout, when I requested a bill, I was informed of a server complaint, and the promised email with the bill has yet to be received. In conclusion, I strongly discourage choosing Nila Residency for accommodation, even for our hatred ones. The food, though just okay, fails to compensate for the overall lackluster experience.

Good experience... Silent atmosphere.. better hotel management Near Bharathapuzha.. Good experience with seeing local elephants in river area . No TV connection in any rooms.. No a good restaurant. ( No ventilation, no more breakfast menus)

Restaurant nice and good without much crowd . Can enjoy food in a calm and quiet atmosphere. Tasty dishes but chicken chilli need to improve, it can be made little more tastily. We had our lunch there and quiet happy with the food and service there. Staff also nice . Will be visiting soon again. Thank you.

The most worst experience.... Staffs don't know the basic manners and behaviour.... Very unhappy with the hospitality...!! There is no enough staffs to attend our needs.... !!! Don't ever choose this place if your looking for a good atmosphere and calm peaceful experience.... !!! Fed up

This used be a good hotel serving good food. But recently stopped by the hotel for breakfast. And the experience was very poor. The tables weren't cleaned.The spoons and plates were dirty.Had leftovers from dinner. The staff was not properly groomed and moreover the food was not at all tasty. Had skipped some good hotels on the way just to have this experience. Not going to come back again.
