One of the ..sorry...THE WORST restaurant I have been to. The biriyani ordered was cold ... the manager offered a replacement biriyani claiming to ensure quality..after a while he came back with a message that there is no Biryani left. The chapati waz cold too...Man chow soup substandard. I would suggest any other restaurant but not this

You must include food rating option in this. Because the only thing I can give five star to this property is it's food. It's superb

Had a worst experience after dining at their restaurant. If the rating scale had a number below 1 star, I would give that!! We ordered manchow chicken soup, chettinad chicken biryani, kulcha, pepper chicken, kerala fried chicken and scheswan chicken noodles. Manchow chicken soup, scheswan noodles was average. The fried chicken was tooo spicy. They served normal chappathi in the name of kulcha!!! Pepper chicken was also just loaded with pepper.. Around 6 years back, the food I had from this place was too good.. Expected a minimum standard from a 3 star hotel like samudra.. Horrible!!!!

I booked rooms for 2 days stay in this place after seeing many positive reviews. There are many hotels available in the same tariff but I decided to book this based on the reviews. The rooms were neat and clean, location is great-very near to kulapully. hotel had adequate parking space; these are all the positives to mention.Even then I didn't feel value for money due to the following reasons Nice ambiance, excellent service,very friendly and well behaved staff. Good location right beside the highway, cost effective and 3 km away from shornur railway station Stay here is worth it with spacious rooms and the best service when not crowded up.

Nice and clean hotel , good and friendly staff
