Very nice hotel, very well located on the main road and just under a metro station. Rooms are well maintained. They provide good amenities. Staff behaviour was also very nice. And most importantly a pocket friendly price. Had a great experience. Will prefer this hotel only on my next visit. Highly recommended!!

I am very disappointed with my experience. I booked online for 4 days, but due to an emergency, I had to check out after just one day. Despite informing the staff, they showed no initiative or willingness to refund the remaining amount. I expected better customer service and understanding, especially given the circumstances. Definitely not booking here again.

the room was neat and clean, there are no complaints about the room. but there was an issue with the bathroom where the tap was not working which they fixed in the morning. i hope such situations dont arise again as it may discomfort the guests but the staff handled it well there were no issues apart from and everything else was easy fast and comfortable

I had a wonderful stay at Urbn24 while traveling to the International Cochin Airport. The staff were very cooperative and arranged the airport shuttle to Cochin Airport for me. The place is located right next to a metro station, which I think is great for accessing all the major attractions in Ernakulam.
