Regent Lake Village ( Island Resort )

Good rooms, very good service and great food. The chef was kind enough to talk to us and suggest local cuisine. All his suggestions were superb. The only issue is that this place is covered in bird poop. The resort does try to shoo them away but it's hardly useful. All benches, chairs and pathways are dirty.

Positive things The resort is located in a cool place with good ambience. Garden landscape is good . Staff are polite but not professional. Negative Things Rate is high when compared to the facilities. Lack of service staff . No proper service & room phones are dead . All bathroom fittings are of cheap quality Lack of water availability. Food is below average. Just an ok setup for a day out . No much outdoor activities facility.

Nice place to stay and host parties,, when you get a day off, it will be the coolest place to chill with family and friends. will get a total vacation mood, forgetting everything when we enter this place,, cool breeze, full greenery, pool,, coconut creek everything will make you happier. Customer service of the staff is also commendable. Sea food available with their restaurant is also delicious Cons: old rooms should be maintained properly.

Good place to hang out for a day..budget friendly..food needs to be improved as the dinner we had was not so great..over all a nice experience..With kayaking and pedal boating with in the resort was exciting and a good pool as well.

Perfect for your vacation getaways. Located away from the rushes of the city, its small and well designed place to enjoy backwaters. There are options for boating, speed boats and house boats also. Food was very good and the manager was assuring the safety / comfort of travelers when getting in the boat and on journey also. There are a lot pf hammocks and swings in the island, swimming pool also available. Apart from rooms there is also one corporate room where you can conduct meetings or cultural events.

Good Resort for refreshments. Rooms and services are good. Food is just okay. Cons:Most of the riding services are in our service. There is no use by their service helpdesk-i called 3 times for getting wifi password: They said someone would call me back, but no response. Easy to locate.

it was a one day trip checked in Saturday and checked out on Sunday in the morning itself. we were not interested to have breakfast that's the reason. The place was quiet , a good swimming pool , but the water was not that great. There are some swings like things. food was pathetic , rate was high , no quality and quantity. if it was tasty we would ignore the rate. Service not great, we have payed a good amount for the rooms and the service was not upto that
