Avoid at All Costs - Worst Resort Experience! I had the most horrible experience at this resort. The bedrooms were absolutely untidy, with dirty sheets, dust everywhere, and a foul smell that made it impossible to relax. The toilet facilities were beyond pathetic, broken showers, and an unbearable stench. Toilet flush were not working The staff members were the worst part of the stay. Instead of being professional and courteous, they behaved like street thugs, showing no respect to guests. Their rude attitude and complete lack of hospitality made it clear that customer satisfaction was the least of their concerns. Instead of treating us like paying customers, they acted as if they were doing us a favor by allowing us to stay there. Overall, this was the worst resort experience I have ever had. If you value cleanliness, good service, and basic human respect, STAY AWAY!

Very close to ramakkalmedu view point Neat and good rooms . A small pool is there... Camp fire with light and sound was provided for our group. Hot water was available only during morning . Overall a good place to stay.. Friendly staff ... Luckily the climate was superb and there were mist all the time.... Staff Said it was rare during mid January

Disappointing Experience: Avoid This Resort! We had a thoroughly disappointing experience at this resort. The room fell far short of the expectations set by the resort's website. Unfortunately, the room was dirty, with stained bedsheets and walls that desperately needed a clean. The amenities were woefully inadequate, with no extra mirror provided, making it challenging for our group to get ready simultaneously. But what really left a sour taste was the abysmal behavior of the staff, who were not only rude but also made our female companions feel uncomfortable. The final straw was when they threatened to charge us the full amount despite their shortcomings, prompting us to check out in the middle of the night. Needless to say, we would not recommend this resort to anyone and would advise others to steer clear of it. Unfortunately I need to give one star to post this comment otherwise I will not give a star. Nb: TRY NOT TO COME HERE BY MISTAKE

I recently had the worst experience at Limon the Mountain Resort during our college trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with complete disrespect. They were rude, unhelpful, and acted as if we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests. The manager's behavior was even worse--arrogant, dismissive, and outright insulting. Instead of addressing our concerns, he acted as if we were beneath him, talking down to us and showing zero professionalism. We were made to feel like beggars rather than valued customers. To make matters worse, the rooms were absolutely disgusting. Cockroaches were crawling around, and the sheets had visible dirt on them. It was clear that cleanliness and hygiene were not a priority at this resort. The situation became so unbearable that we had to check out at midnight because of their disgusting behavior. We couldn't stay another moment in such a horrible environment. The overall service was pathetic, and the attitude of the entire team ruined what was supposed to be a fun and memorable college trip. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you're looking for a resort with good service, clean rooms, and respectful staff, stay far away from this one

AVOID THIS RESORT AT ALL COSTS I'm still trying to process the disastrous stay I had at this resort. The staff behavior was appalling - unfriendly, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in providing even basic customer service. Our room wasn't cleaned properly, with dirty towels and used bedsheets.Also there are cockroaches in our room. DO NOT waste your money on this resort. The staff's behavior and the resort's cleanliness are a complete joke.

I recently visited this hotel as part of my college trip(20/12/2024). All the facilities were good except the staff. The only disappointment was the service and behaviour of the staff. One of the staff entered in to our rooms without even knocking or ringing the bell, even in to girls room, to pick up the keys it seems. When pointed out by the teachers and our tour operators, they were least bothered saying it was just to collect the keys. Entering a room as if it was like his own home. I donno why those people have kept a bell infront of each room!!!! There was no minimum manners. All other facilities were good. While taking this hotel beware of the staff s behaviour.

Bad hospitality and customer service. Very poor experience. Behaviour of staff towards customers especially students is not nice. No cleanliness in rooms. Had a tough and bad time staying there. Not recommending this at all.

The sheets provided to us were not clean. The staff's behavior was unacceptable, particularly that of the owners. The owners were rude to us and acted in an unprofessional manner. Does not recommend to anyone.
