Swag Vista Resort

I recently stayed at Swag Vista resort. It is a wonderful resort that offers a peaceful environment. The rooms are well maintained. It is a beautiful place to stay and enjoy with family. I will come again and recommend others to come and enjoy with family. The services was excellent.

Really very fantastic location, and service is very good . Swimming pool is very clean . Children's full time enjoying in pool. Cooking master cooked all foods as Tamilnadu taste like kongu foods . Very good atmosphere. Manager(Owner) and chef also very kind persons. Once again thankyou so much for all. Refer to my friends and relatives also.

It's a delay hot spot. Everything you ask for is delayed. You order dinner at 6, get it at 10PM. Breakfast at 10AM. Except the neat and beautiful rooms, the service is pathetic. Even for the snacks, you have to wait for hours. Some rooms are air conditioned and others are not, depends on your luck. The breakfast buffet is Dosa, eggs and bread, nothing fancy, period. Response: I understand that your breakfast end at 9 AM. But the day we stayed the breakfast was not served till 10. I have the proofs if you really wanted it.

The place was close to town. Rooms were spacious and luxurious. Staff were friendly and flexible. Pool is very clean and kids friendly. Tree house stay and A frame stays are available. Morning breakfast is complimentary and really delicious. Rest all need to be ordered. Outside food are not entertained.

The property is very beautiful. It has great views from all the rooms. The staff behaviour in general was very cordial especially Mr. Kuriakose. However during X'mas New year time when we visited they were badly under staffed. This was reflected especially in the dining department. Dinner and breakfast was getting late. Also the food options were very basic. They need to improve on these.
