One of the places to be if you are in Ernakulam. The host is prompt and you get all basic amenities required for long or short term stays. Property is on the river bank and with a private access to Periyar river. Caretakers are welcoming but if you are not native speaker communication could be a issue, but not a blocker. Highly recommended!!

We had the best experience spending our 3 nights here. The property is the best choice to stay for vacation & business trips. Mr. Manoj the owner is professional in taking care of guests. His caretaker Mr. Francis is a wonderful person. He took us around to show places to purchase fresh seafood and groceries. The house has homely vibration. The waterfront is beautiful. We will prioritize in choosing this house for our stays in future.

Amazing place with excellent backwater view and Chinese fishing nets. The home is newly constructed with all amenities, ample car parking space and upleveled furniture. You can sit in the front yard with your legs dipped in Periyar river (water is clean), the area around the house is very silent unlike city hubbub. This is a perfect destination, if you are looking for weekend gateway away from city hustles.
