Perfect homestay overlooking the lake. Spacious well-equipped A/C rooms with modern bathrooms. Lovely covered outdoor dining area with a great view of the lake and an excellent place to sit and watch the birds. Best of all Anshad and his family will take care of you and ply you with delicious food. Anshad is also very knowledgeable and will help you to find the backwater tour which suits you. Would definitely stay here again.

Have been several times to Lovedale and the experience always excellent. Anshad and Amina are wonderful homestay hosts, helpful and always ready to suggest local trips etc. Rooms are comfortable, home cooking is superb and view over the lake is amazing. Will come again to relax and unwind.

"Nice homestay with superlative hosts" Located on the banks of the Vembanad Lake, this homestay is the epitome of peace and tranquility for those looking for it at a very reasonable price. The hosts, Mr. & Mrs. Anshad were excellent and provided us with hot, tasty food right through our stay. It was evident that every meal was cooked with great attention to detail and with love! The complimentary breakfast was wonderful! And abundant! The cottages were maintained very clean and neat. The bathroom too was clean with all fittings in good working order. We wish the hosts all the very best of luck. We will definitely stay here if we visit Alleppey again.

I have been coming to Love Dale every year since 2012. It is a truly wonderful Homestay with delicious Food, fantastic views of the Lake and a Family that does everything to make your stay superb . This year I was running the Kochi Marathon 10k and Love Dale was my Training Venue . It was perfect and I was 1st Lady over 66 years in the Race . Looking forward to coming next year. We received a warm recommendation from friends that turned out to be extremely successful. The hosts are lovely people, help with everything we need and recommended us where to travel in the area. We really enjoyed the meals that the landlady cooked for us. The place is quiet with a beautiful view of the lake and the canals. Highly recommend staying at this place.

We stayed at Lovedale recently as a family with 2 children in the lovely new bungalow and also in 2019 in the main house. The setting is glorious on the lakeside, the food is delicious and Anshad was so kind and helped us sort out a river trip and other activities. We had an amazing time, thank you!!
