SS RESIDENCY

My experience at the SS Residency hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did the receptionist have a terrible and arrogant attitude, but they also tried to charge me double the amount that was clearly stated on Booking.com. It was a clear attempt at price gouging and left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of. To make matters worse, the room itself was a disaster. The lack of air conditioning made it unbearable to sleep in, especially with the hot weather outside. The cleanliness of the room was also appalling, with dirt and grime in every corner. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at the SS Residency hotel. The combination of bad customer service, attempted overcharging, lack of amenities, and poor cleanliness makes it a place to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable and accommodating hotel to stay at.
