Kumar Palace Leisure Hotel

One of the best hotel in punalur and their customer service is also good, there rooms were very neat and clean & one of their staff Mr.Amal was very kind towards us and provided all the needs which we wanted Thank you

While the food was average, the service was significantly lacking. We often had to wait a long time for a waiter, and on one occasion, I waited for hours just to get a glass of water. The staff seemed inconsistent in their approach and didn't attend to requests promptly. Additionally, considering the quality of service, the price was quite high. Overall, the poor service overshadowed any positives, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Very very poor service It was the first time I ordered onam sadya here for today seeing their advertisements and brochures My order was for 4 persons, but * The quantity was not at all sufficient *Food quality was very poor *Some of the items were missing from the menu,for the payment made for 380/_ per person When complained regarding this they accepted their mistake and said sorry but how can a star rated hotel be so irresponsible? I regret having ordered food from here this onam day.It was utter waste of money and time .

The quality of the food was very very very very bad particularly beef fry not even a single piece of beef full of waste waste of money pls don't go the hotel

Beautiful location, close to the main road. The prices of the rooms were reasonable, and immaculate. The restroom was kept up nicely. They have plenty of parking. The staffs were so kind. We had a great dinner too

I feel proud after visiting the Kumar palace, punalur,b cose i never experience such fine hispitality from the nearby hotels than kumar palace. The staffs and crues are obedient with clean and pleasing faces.. I decided to add my future sessions of programmes with the hotel... The banquet fecility and meeting halls are extreamely nice and credible....
