Hotel kailas mahal

Just your average Non-Ac room, with attached bathroom. Only one of the rooms we booked was cool enough to comfortably sleep in, and one of the bathroom was not very sweet smelling. The staff informed us that toiletries were available on demand, and if you have a bottle, there's a water purifier you can take water from. Parking was congested, and it's better off to park road-side.

They will make you feel like a pig. Providing with old and torn bedsheets with stains all over. The room are ok. But they could be maintained and cleaned. The bathroom was filled with insects. Pest control is a thing they needs to be introduced to.

Kailas Mahal , Punalur is located close to road but slightly hard to locate. Property located close to NH, close to town , good for single travellers and job related travels. But they don't have a restaurant and staffs to cater. Toilets in room were clean, newly built toilets, bed linen was old and slightly dusty feel. If you are on a corporate journey or just one night stay is ok then go for Kailas mall. Suresh the care taker will provide Soap, towel and tooth kits on ask

Really bad services.. They have only need advance money but they have not resonsible for room service and facilities.. Rough behaving from staff .. Tottaly bad experiece They are no freedom for outing in night time. Treating like as a prison

Very bad service rooms are full of mosquitoes bed is coved with plastic when questioned answered it's a new bed waste of money and a sleep less night

Old hotel.not Maintained. Dirty Bed, bed sheet ,pillow Poor Maintained restrooms. Not available hot water, drinking water, soap, not worth for Rs 975 for non AC. but attached with Aryabhavan vegetarian Restaurant

The hotel boy was alrght. Apart from that everything about the hotel was pretty much low class. It was definitely not worth the Rs 775. The room was dusty nd the sheets were unchanged. Avoid this hotel if there is ny other alternative.

Not a great place. Cleanliness is a concern. We took a non-AC room and it was not great. You can consider this hotel if your requirement is just a place to stay.
