Old is gold, still they try to maintain the ambiance as in 1995 during my Degree time...

Good Room. Car parking area available. On the main road. Accessible from town.

Good Place and Good amenities on a Budget Stay..Stayed here for one day with Family on a Deluxe AC room. Staffs are Polite but not very attentive.Room service Avilable but breakfast or Coffee/Tea service won't be Avilable untill 10 AM? Regards Shijin Nair Kozhikode

I wouldn't call this hotel amazing. I was a bit disappointed about the cleanliness. But, when we pointed it out to the receptionist, they immediately provided necessary service. Otherwise, everything else is okay for the price.

Ashoka hotel is situated nearer to Punalur railway station and Private bus stand. No crowd. Room maintenance is very good. Restaurant no function. TV function in a room with a limited channel only. Reasonable rent on direct booking. Mall / cinema screen / restaurant / transport facilities are available very nearer. Recommended for staying.

Ashoka Punalur, highlight of this property is it's location. Property located close to NH, close to town , easy locate, ample parking space, spacious rooms. But they don't have a restaurant and staffs to cater. What I felt is that they are under renovation and BAR with restaurant will be open in coming months. Toilets in room were not that clean, bed linen were also slightly littered. If you are on a corporate journey or just one night stay is ok then go for Ashoka

Well maintained rooms with neat services. The hot water heater was not working during the stay. Otherwise it was a decent experience. Safe for family and ladies. Shino treated us well. Thank you
