Zero very very bad serives... Receptionist worst person.. He's always talking without respect.. We Going those places for peaceful stay.. But this guy, irritate you and change your mood.. Bathroom not clean..

Worst experience ever!!!!!! While checking in the resort owners behaves nice..but once your stay comes to an end you can see their real faces..during the stay you can't sleep because of the quarrelling owners..next day morning u won't get the tv connection..charges 2k plus for an ac room..and once your check out time comes to an end you can hear 'ningade time okke kazhinj kidakkua' an epic dialogue from the uncultured owner who enters the room without any permission...so if somebody reads the review kindly think twice before you act

Worst experience, there is no room service, no maintenance, no tv and no hotwater. The owner behave like pick-pocketer. There are so many other resorts available nearby. Kerala govt rooms are also available at thenmala eco tourism. I strongly advice to do not stay here. They will spoil your mood and happiness.

It was wonderful experience. One of the best resort I stayed ever. Rooms are clean and hygiene. All staffs behavior was very kind and pleasing. Food served are the best available in the town. Worth for money and its in budget. I suggested this property for my friends and family. Definitely must visit place in Thenmala.

It's not hotel at all. If we further call it as resort..then it's an insult to the word called "resort" . We mistakenly stayed there for 1 night & day. It was pathetic. We are not the regular traveler but we have been traveled to many places. This was the worst experience. The care-taker was drunken & his wife was rude. The room was filthy & very small. The AC was not working & the fan was also not working. They charged Rs.1750/- for 12 Hrs. Please dont check-in this hotel. This was not a hotel at all.

Amenities are below average, Toilet size is higher but room sizes are lesser than toilet Room boy is an old man and he is very arrogant with bad behavior and a big liar. If you once enter in it then you ever wanna gonna. They charged us 800INR for 4hrs for non A/C room. If you reach in Thenmalali then you may just go in front of forest office and tourism department front office their they displayed their room rates. Dormitory non A/C available with 160INR for 24 hrs and A/C dormitory available 250INR for 24hrs.

Very bad experience. Guys and girls cannot go together. Owner suspects prostitution and will warn that he will call the police. Very gloomy place. No hot water facilities. Only one staff person available. And he abuses for no reason and will demand 500 rupees for service apart from official payment for room which isn't worth. Whole tour got spoilt because of symphony
