Emarald Resort

This resort starts strong, boasting impressive woodwork and generously sized rooms that initially create a positive impression. However, a noticeable lack of maintenance unfortunately detracts from the overall experience, leaving the interior looking tired and worn. It's a shame, as the original craftsmanship clearly had potential. The swimming pool is adequate, neither particularly impressive nor disappointing - simply "okay." Similarly, the food is passable but not a highlight of the stay. On the brighter side, the resort features a riverside party area, which is undoubtedly a plus. This provides a pleasant setting for events and adds a touch of charm. Considering its strengths and weaknesses, this resort is best suited for a short stay, such as a one-day getaway, a small birthday party, or another intimate function. Keep in mind that the access roads to the resort are narrow, which could present a challenge for larger vehicles. In summary: While the resort has appealing features like spacious rooms and a nice riverside area, the poor maintenance and unremarkable food limit its appeal. It's a decent option for a short, casual event, but don't expect a luxurious or pristine experience.

Bad experience...will never suggest this resort except for the ambience. Faced Power failure multiple times without backup .Even at 4am in the morning ,as the current gone for more than 20minutes when we asked for help,the response was cold..We opted the executive room which was very average without even bath towels & doormat.& the toilet is not functioning properly... Positives are good ambience &the pool for kids.

Bad rooms. In addition, regular power outage. Generator seems to be not working properly. Have to sit in dark for 5-10 mins before the generator starts working. Sometimes, we have to call the reception and inform about power outage. Had to attend a program in their hall which was a horrible experience. AC was not working most of the time. Rooms - need lot of maintenance. WiFi - too slow. Couldn't use. Telephone - not working. View from room - ugly. Behaviour of restaurant staff - rude. (Staff at reception is ok). Property view - not bad. Food - decent. Overall - not at all happy. Will never go again or recommend. Steve a

Hotel emerald is very neat and clean, all services and amenities provided by the hotel is outstanding. The food is also very delicious and the room service is also too good.I loved it very much.

From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and serene ambiance made us feel completely at home. Welcomed with smile and welcome drink. Cozy silent ambience of the reception was good. Nestled amidst lush greenery, this resort is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The peaceful surroundings, fresh air, and beautifully maintained landscape create a rejuvenating atmosphere. Whether you're looking for a relaxing family vacation or a weekend getaway, this place is ideal. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I particularly loved the balcony view, which overlooked the scenic greenery. The resort also has great recreational facilities, including a swimming pool, kids' play area, and workout zones. However, some areas, especially the play areas and workout zones, could use a bit of maintenance to enhance the overall experience. (Some next door rooms were struggling to get their door opened and closed because of a door lock.might be one off incident ) The restaurant at the resort serves delicious food with a variety of options to choose from. Every meal we had was fresh, well-prepared, and full of authentic flavors. The staff was attentive and ensured we had a great dining experience. The staff at Emarald Resort deserves special appreciation. They were courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made our stay memorable. One of the best things about this resort is that it is pocket-friendly, offering a luxurious experience at an affordable price. Considering the beautiful location, excellent amenities, and exceptional service, it provides great value for money. Free parking for cars near by available. Bonus is river facing room, with very natural view and a big hall just above the river is picturesque.. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-maintained, and budget-friendly resort in Perinthalmanna, Emarald Resort is a fantastic choice. While some minor maintenance improvements would make the experience even better, it is still a wonderful destination for families, couples, and corporate retreats.

The resort exceeded every expectation. The views were breathtaking, the staff was attentive, and the amenities were world-class. Can't wait to return!
