Emirates Residency

Emirates Residency is a budget-friendly hotel in a convenient location, close to the main road and bus stop, making it easy to commute. The reception staff is polite and helpful, providing good customer service. However, there is no room service, and the rooms are quite basic--both AC and non-AC options are available. The room condition is average, with old furniture and worn-out interiors. The bathroom is also just okay, lacking proper hygiene in some areas. A major downside is the absence of WiFi. While the stay was decent for the price, the hotel could improve cleanliness and maintenance. Suitable for a short, no-frills stay if you're on a tight budget.

I recently stayed at Emirates Residency with my family for one night, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms were not clean, and the AC was not working properly. The rooms lacked cleanliness and had an unpleasant smell.

The bed was large and the AC worked fine. There was water a functional water heater too. The bed and pillows were quite stuff and the room and bathroom could've been a bit cleaner. It was okay considering the lack of options in that area.

Maintained well inside the room. Bathroom is kept clean. AC was working good. TV is available with limited channels. Tariff is average compared to other lodges , nearby . Luxury stay is not expected in this room. Basic requirements are fulfilled. Location is Nearer to places like Chitur , Kollengode (8 Kms) & also to Palakkad. On order basis food will be delivered to room from outside hotel. This is appreciated. Budget Hotel staying.

Horrible,pls don't be in to the trap,it is not in palakkad town 15 km away from town and condition of rooms are very pathetic not like in the picture I booked the property through MMT.
