We had the most enchanting experience staying at this heritage homestay for a night! From the moment we stepped through the door, it felt like we had traveled back in time. The traditional architecture, antique furnishings, and cozy ambiance created such a warm and nostalgic atmosphere. Every corner of the home told a story, and I loved how the owners have maintained the rich history while providing all the comforts of modern-day amenities. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience a unique, timeless stay!

Great experience , if you want to rest and relax this is the best place. Very calm and quiet. Aesthetic mana. Toilets are clean. Old house with wooden ceiling. All the furniture are good. Complementary breakfast was also good.

**** BEWARE of Fake reviews *** READ OUR REVIEW BEFORE YOU MAKE BOOKING 4 families stayed from 24th to 27th Dec 2024. Property located much away from the city and it is in the God forsaken place.. Only one item served for breakfast that too cold. No hotpacks available in the kitchen. Any extra items we ask, it's on chargeable basis ! Beds are smaller than queen size in most of the rooms, uncomfortable for two people to sleep. When asked to clean the rooms, they said rooms will be cleaned only once in 3 days, including dustbin clearance ..!! No activities inside the property. There is nothing exciting about this property.. Owner is such a money minded person. Inspite of explaining our inconveniences, he was only focusing on collecting the money from us. Finally reduced 200 rs per room !!! 2000 rs per night is what worth for this property. All the way we travelled from Chennai for our Annual Family trip and it was totally spoiled. Only positive was smiling Caretaker family. Looks like all the positive reviews are paid ones or from his own people.

A cozy heritage retreat for a nice group of friends and family. I wish there were more stars they deserve for the warm homely hospitality we experienced. It's ideally located close to local markets , temples , good for even day trips. The food is vegetarian & so healing we felt very loved and well rested. The Villa is surrounded by a pride of beautiful peacocks serves as lovely background music all day. Most def coming back with my kids.

Great experience.Rooms were hygeinic. Staff were polite and helpful. A Beautiful traditional kerala home. If you wanna escape the hectic work life and experience calm and peaceful kerala vibes, this is the right place. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Srivilas homestay was an amazing property,it was well maintained, the caretaker and his wife made sure that we were comfortable and served us very good home cooked meals . The property is grand and has good amenities..will highly recommend.
