Worst experience in my resort life history.....One of the main reasons we chose this resort was for the pool, but it ended up being the biggest disappointment. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned regularly. The water looked cloudy and had debris floating in it -- definitely not something you'd want to swim in.For the price we paid, we expected at least a decent stay, but this resort failed on every level. Save your money and go elsewhere We visited there on 23/4/2025...pls be careful guyss

One of the worst Resort experiences I've ever had. The service was extremely disappointing. We waited for breakfast until 10 AM, but it was still not ready, so we had to cancel it altogether. Even the complimentary morning tea took multiple reminders to be served, and it turned out to be just black tea. I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. The management really needs to improve their service quality to meet even basic expectations.

The ambience of the property is fantastic, the staff are cordial and good but the staff strength is very poor especially when the property gets fully occupied, and thus food arrangement also gets compromised. I think they need 3 - 4 staff more.
