Hotel is very good & Veg-Nonveg restaurant is available. North Indian food options are available. Very nice stay experience.
Great place for family or business travel, the rooms are good, very comfy beds, neat and clean bathrooms which comes with hair dryer which was very useful. Food was good and decently priced. It is a little away from the city center but if location is not a constraint then it is a great choice. The staffs are very courteous and hospitable. The GM Mr Anoop is a lovely gentleman who ensures we get the best service.
Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent service from staff, attached restaurant with great food. The room has a mini fridge and kettle provided and that's a blessing. Appreciate Mr Anoop and his efforts to make our stay comfortable and for providing us with a very reliable driver ,Mr Zubair. Had a hassle free and safe trip to and from the railway station.
Very bad behaviour from the staffs . Staff's are very rude behaviour and bad service.they need tips but no commitment to the customers.Especially bar staffs. They add fake additional Bill's then we checked and identified they add fake bill amount extra to pay. They treated us customers are their servant. Pathetic hotel and service. Don't go with family .
Clean rooms. Extremely courteous staff including the General Manager, Mr. Anoop. Perfect air-conditioning and good food. A comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Snacks and soft drinks are available along with refridgeration option. There is a kettle for making tea/coffee/hot water. Washroom was very clean. Overall an excellent staying experience
Good support from hotel team.Good Ambience. Room was comfortable. Mr.Anoop supported very well. Rooms are clean and easy access there by bus and auto.
Incredible service !!! The staffs were so coperative especially Mr Anoop Sanjeev have to say.. he made sure that the stay was very comfortable with our children . Food quality is excellent. If location is not a constraint best stay near Calicut city . Highly recommend
