Hotel Keerthi Palace

Worst bar in alappey district. Staffs are not friendly & food was below average. Look somewhere else for good times.

Before using their hotel I got worst experience. The manager of hotel is the worst person if he is still employed the hotel will loose business. He doesn't have etiquette to talk. All drunk people who are friends of manager stand near reception and u will feel awkward to enter hotel. When asked for banquet rates he said give me your number I will call as he is not interested for business. Similar hotel which is 1 KM ahead Hotel Abaam / Kalpana which has such good staff to attend you. I was totally impressed with their service. Pl don't opt for Keerthi palace manager will insult you and even try to hit you as he is very arrogant.

WORST SERVICE. Atmosphere - This is on the road of national highway. Looks too good. Parking - small size of parking only available. In Reception - Good atmosphere inside of the lodge. We booked two rooms in late night time (2.30 am). Room charge is 2500 per room for two person only. For a additional person, they make charges 600 per head. That is also ok for us. But in every lodge will give extra bed for extra person as free. Here they are making charge for that also. In Room - rooms are ok. Clean and neat. AC has condition. Super cool. Mini refrigerators are available in here. But only one had worked well and another one is not working. Television has available, but remote didn't provide. In another room TV had working but they didn't give paid channel. Ran free channels only. Bath towels not provide, soap and shampoo not provide. After we ask, they provided each one towel per head. But only one soap they provided for 5 persons.

Their rooms are good and service also

Very poor services to the customers and considering employees as servants. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF BEHAVING TOWARDS STAFFS. ACCOMODATIONS ARE PATHETIC AND THEY WILL TRICK US TO JOIN THERE AND TREAT US LIKE SLAVES.
