I had 3 night stay in this hotel with my family. Room and toilet were very unclean and dusty. Towels were smelly. No service at all. Attitude of every one including receptionist and room boys are very bad like they don't like us to stay there. Management should send your team to another hotel to stay there one night and let them experience how other hotels manage.
