Extremely clean and comfortable hotel. The room was equipped with everything what is needed: tea&coffee set, washing set, AC, wifi. Beaufitul roof garden and very hospitable service. Very good value for money.

Feels like a homestay. The residency is newly built with extremely clean rooms which houses free wifi, smart tv, air conditioner, tea and coffee set, electric kettle, hot water service, complimentary toiletries, mobile phone holder for charging etc,. All the staff were extremely polite and very helpful. We had a good stay at the residency. The manager was very kind enough to guide us for the location we had to commute and allowed us extra time for checkout. A very kind generous personality which is often missing in many hotels nowadays. The stay included complimentary breakfast (idli vada sambar chutney and tea) which was indeed very good and was served at their roof top garden which is extremely beautiful. Hats off to the entire team. Loved all your service. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. And all my wishes for your new venture at munnar.

I stayed here during my exam visit, and it is undoubtedly the best accommodation in the area. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms were impeccably maintained, and the breakfast served was delicious. The rooftop garden offered a serene and picturesque atmosphere. 5/5.

I recently spent two days at Universal Residency, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The service was really good. All the staffs were welcoming, attentive, and made sure all our needs were met. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. A highlight of my stay was the garden located on the top floor. Not only was it a beautiful and peaceful spot to relax, but it also served as the venue for an absolutely yummy breakfast. The food was well-prepared, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay. Awesome location . Service was too good. The facilities inside the room were also nice. Walkable distance from the center of Perumbavoor.
