Complete disaster! I had booked a room in this hotel because of an early bus I had to catch nearby, I had made the reservation on MakeMyTrip and had already paid in advance, when I got there the guy at the reception didn't speak a word of English and made me pay another time!! He literally could not get that I had paid in advance already and refused to give me the room without paying a second time in cash. It took him 10min to go through my passeport instead of letting me show him where to find the info he needed. I can't blame it on him, but the hotel management should review how they train their staff. The room was disgusting, cockroaches in the bathroom, toilets smelling terrible, and blood stains on the bed sheets. I would not recommend this to any foreigner who also has to pass by, and I'm not gonna let them go until I get my refund for a room I paid twice.

Excellent resturant service and top notch food quality. Staff were very welcoming and gave us some lovely local food to try!

It's underrated. Good rooms , the food is also nice in the hotel and it's right beside the rtc bus stand
