Poorly managed hotel. The worst hotel in Calicut. They advertise good prices online but charge excessively during direct booking. I would rate this as the worst hotel in the center of Calicut. It is a prime example of staff who are ill-mannered and do not know how to treat their customers. Especially the night staff--the receptionist is rude and lacks understanding of how to manage the hotel and its clients.

This building consists of two lodges one being "welcome" (which I stayed) and "metro"(of which I am not going to review). The welcome lodge has non AC double rooms. They are decently maintained,and budget friendly. There is no issues of mosquitoes. The owner was really helpful with directions and restaurants around the place. I will recommend this to anyone who is not into plush interiors and high standards,but would like to stay an overnight in a decent, pocket friendly room.

This hotel is in a good location, 300 rs away from Cochin airport by rickshaw and from the bus station you can get a bus to Munnar( 4 hours) for 75 rs, Athirapally waterfalls and Kodanad elephant training centre are also close. There are many shops surrounding the hotel and atm. The staff are helpful although we were made to move rooms late at night so they could put another guest in there.|The hotel is not equipped, only one towel for two people and when another was requested we were given a sarong to use as a substitute , the sheets don't fit the bed properly and the hotel needs cleaning!!|Plus points, TV in room, new mattresses on beds.|Bit of a grotty hotel I am afraid.

located at the center of the city,ksrtc stand just near and made aless effort to carry my baggage,clean rooms,price was reasonable,hotels and resturants just under the building.but only one problem there was no land connection to connect with reception only a alrm bell.

Good for budget price. Seems to be haunted at nyt. Very quite and good for bachelor's. Not suggested for family

Not get single room double room have local room and bathroom facility pooor and no extra bed sheet and full of mosquito

Looks good but no water heater facility
