Rooms Not Maintained... Stinky Rooms... Can't stand in even for 2 min after entering.

Good small AC auditorium for 100 persons

We maintained rooms. Service is good. But check for the TV connection before itself if you are looking for it.

We stayed at The Flora airport hotel the night before we flew home to the UK. It is a lovely hotel, beautifully appointed and everything works perfectly, lighting, Air Con, TV, fast reliable Wifi. The bed was extremely comfortable and the reception staff charming. The Hotel is very close to the Airport and they have a complimentary car that whisks you there in the morning. The Airport location was also very quiet, not like Heathrow or Gatwick.|| ||I would draw the readers attention to one matter and this I raised with the staff. We arrived at the Flora late and were peckish. Having been cooped up in a vehicle for most of the day we decided to pop down to the restaurant to stretch our legs as much as anything else. We entered and explained we wanted a light meal because of the hour. The staff did not make it clear there were two restaurants and we had come to the buffet. We took sparingly a small salad and small portion of curry we simply didn't want the array of foodstuffs on offer at 10.00 at night. When we realised our error we asked if we might pay for the smaller meals we had taken and they had seen us take. We were told we would have to pay the full amount. Yes, we were at fault but if the Management had met us half way we would not have felt ripped off and would have had breakfast there. Feeling aggrieved we chose not to. So other guests you may like to learn from our mistake. If you want something small go for room service or go to the second restaurant which I think lies beyond the buffet area, keep walking to the end. Don't be confused by the buffet area with staff throwing back all the lids to the buffet when you have just told them you want a small meal. Our small meal cost us in excess of PS20. ||||Remember though if you want somewhere to stay when you arrive or leave Kochi this hotel is very good and the room rate reasonable,

Average, Rooms are a bit conjusted. Parking space available. Situated in around 100meters from main road.

really good. on the road side with good rooms. nice atmosphere. clean and neat rooms. good bathrooms. hot water for bath available. good view. i came here for ma friend's brother function. it was good for gather together with my friends.. nice.. liked it.

Flora Residency has a small hall that can accommodate about 150 people with another hall for serving the food. It is good for small functions. Fully Air Conditioned. And there is a stage also for small programs
