It's a wonderful place with an antique vibe. Two rooms have AC out of the 4 rooms. The entry path is a bit narrow for big cars and would be a tight squeeze to reach the house form the road. It's possible for big cars, just that it would be a bit hard. The staffs are super friendly. There is a pond around 300 meters away. The water is clear but it's a bit muddy at the bottom which infact is okay for me as it's not a pool but a pond. Bed and rooms are good. There is a fridge, stove and basic plates and glasses.Did not found a proper knife though. Overall the stay was pretty good. It's a value for money property. Before booking it must be noted that it's not a 3 star setup with all techs and top comfort but it's more of an antique homestay setup with good rooms and average but well cleaned bathrooms. This place is smoking and liquor friendly.

Pros: The property is a very good one with Traditional looks where we can experience the elements and culture of old kerala house. The property consist of 4 bedrooms which are good for 8-10 guests. Cons: The things we interfered which were not appropriate: 1. The information provided in the description that is the Natural pond is not 100m away from the property, it is almost 500m away, also need to walk infront of residential area. If you are lucky people can see you wet. As this is a Natural Pond, it consist of residents in it (snakes) who are very friendly and happy to swim with you. 2. The wifi was down, which was a little bit hectic because the Network range is low which makes internet to slow. Apart from all the constraints the host provided a discount in the total amount to compensate our difficulties we faced
