Kunnath Hill Valley Resorts

Visited Kunnath Hill valley Resorts recently. Rooms were just average in terms of cleanliness; not spotless,but spacious ,manageable for a short stay. Service was okay, though there were some delays in response and room service could be more attentive. It's a decent spot if you're not too particular, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of upkeep and hospitality.

The villa located near to highway and on a very steep hill. Our 17 seater traveller easily reached top. I booked villa and the room was very neat and clean and every spacious. The service and receptionist was also very nice.

From the questions given by Google maps I presume they have tagged this place as a restaurant or so. Please don't be mistaken. It's just a couple of villas constructed on steep hillside and misnamed as a resort. The villas are just mediocre. Bedrooms have air-conditioning and the kitchen is equipped with a fridge and microwave but not a single plate or any kind of vessel. The approach road is very steep, narrow and tricky. Unless you are an expert at the wheel, don't try to thread. Some good restaurants are nearby, you can order food from there.

The villa is located on a steep hill, yes VERY STEEP; only good drivers and a good vehicle can make to top. I have seen multiple people fail to come to top and had struggle to turn to a parking space. The rooms are clean, spacious. But NOT a single piece of utensil, rag, cleaning material, cooking pans or anything for a basic use is provided. That is definitely a shame for the business. They expect the clients to bring these stuffs for a rental stay ? Also beware of an agent who advertise for these units with his name and number, making false claim that he is the manager/ custodian. You would think you are making a direct booking, but he is sort of an agent. He will force you to pay him for his "service" after the sign up. He will be a nuisance to the last unless you please him with an amount that make him happy. I think he is double dipping or the company doesn't know of his practice. Strong suggestion; STAY AWAY from this guy.

Silent and awesome ambience to stay, moreover veg and non veg hotels are very close. As a business peoples we are happy to conduct Small meetings in the room itself because halls are spacious.

The room is clean and tidy .But the way guests are treated It's good to teach again, especially for night staff
