We are conducting group tour and stays at this home. This is better for group tour planers, family , travelers and all persons. Anybody want food give your orders on hotel management then they arrange to better food . He know tamil well

Very good atmosphere. Look like I am in December in arul climate so much chill located at 5700 feet altitude. So safe for families who need a very good silent hill station location. Nice place memories unforgettable

The ambiance is good but it's not great in terms of service. This is a hilly area and the basic necessity of hot water and milk especially for kids was not available. I can understand milk but if hot water is not available is not acceptable. My kid was not well and when I asked the owner and the manager, they replied to me in a very rude manner and told me that it's not our job to serve you and they came to hit me as well. I had to immediately vacate and look for a different cottage with my 2 kids below 5 years in that hilly region where it's not easy to get a room without prior booking. This cottage Western mist is not a place for a family. It's dangerous as it's run by rowdies so please don't stay here as they can do anything.

We had an awesome experience with Hebron tourism and western mist holidays. For 13 member's we arranged this trip. From day 1 their service was excellent. Food was delicious and I loved trekking which they arranged on Day 2. Room was clean and food they provided for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Overall, Perfect.

Good spacious rooms with great service. Friendly peoples with kind receive. Location is so beautiful with all those beautiful views with flower garden and dining areas with the view. Foods was good as well . Great place for vacation. They arranged jeep safari with fair price as well. Must try .

This is not a home stay or a resort. It's more of a lodge with a view. I visited during the year end, prices were inflated but I went because of the reviews. We were charged Rs. 3500 per day for two adults and a child below age 10. The rooms were not worth the price in my opinion and I might be wrong. The plaster on the walls were falling off, the curtains had mold, and the floors were not mopped. Despite being promised running hot water, the master switch was off most of the time and I had to ask them to switch it on. Hot water for drinking was supposed to be available but the bubble top dispenser was off most of the time, again, it was a different master switch that was off. I would not recommend this place for people who expect a resort-like atmosphere, this place will suit large groups staying for a day. They accept UPI payments and cash.

The resort is located in a superb location, and the staff are caring and friendly people. The food they provided was just superb. Good spot for a students who comes for an industrial visit
