Carmelia Haven Resort

We stayed for two nights and had a good time. The place is beautiful, very green. We loved all the nature around us. The room was great, spacious, clean and lots of light and comfort. Restaurant food was okay but staff were a bit slow to responde to our requests. Pool needs maintenance for sure; it took very long before we got the towels. The SPA was not attractive to me. The ambience was not inviting and the masseuse was very young (sorry but when it comes to massage, one can get hurt if the treatment is not provided by a well trained experienced professional). Overall, we had a good stay.

Carmelia Heaven is a wonderful property, and our team outing with 30 people was truly enjoyable. The plantation tour was a delightful experience, and the evening tea and snacks, especially their unique tea shop concept, were excellent. The common swimming pool was well-maintained and inviting. We booked around 11 rooms, including two pool villas--both of which were spacious, clean, and perfect for families. The plantation rooms were exceptional, offering a traditional feel with modern comfort and ample space. Meals--breakfast, lunch, and dinner--were decent, though not extraordinary. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to SINDHU for assisting with the bookings and to SOORAJ for his outstanding support on-site, particularly with organizing the jeep trekking experience.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the pool villa of the resort. The location is nestled in a large plantation which offers a cozy nature experience. The room was clean and the inside pool was well kept and had a continuous water circulation for cleaning.The hospitality right from gate security to reception and the service were perfect and genuine to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Dinner and breakfast spread were delicious. Thanks to chef and food staff for giving attention to our special request. The evening snacks were complimentary. The manager Mr. Antony made sure every aspect of our stay was carefully curated and took care of us like family. They even washed our car before sending us off. It was fun and also safe for my one year old. Temperature control option for inside pool can help in using the pool during late night and early mornings. This is one of the best resorts we had visited.

It is the perfect and true 4 star resort . Pros : 1)Rooms are very clean and hygienic. 2) In house Restaurant and stacks are prepared fresh and very good service. 3)Spa services are very professional. 4) Tree houses are located between dense trees with complete privacy. Cons : 1) The swimming pool is not great , it looks dirty from outside because the tile color is faded.

The food is also excellent, with unlimited options. The staff is always available to help with any needs, and they are very friendly. I loved their hospitality a lot. They also provide all kinds of arrangements, which is greatly appreciated. I really enjoyed my stay. It is a must-try place with your family and colleagues.
