Rooms are clean and very Good. Staffs are goods . Breakfast needs to improve . Only appam ,puttu and Kadal kari and eggs . The given Food is good but needs to improve but tea is very poor .... There is no coffee ..that is not good . Also restaurant staff needs to be trained better, they are not bad but need to courteous , better dressed , hygiene cautious. they can use mobile but should avoid speaking on the phone . One staff in restuarant had come in the uniform while other did not . Overall Good,if improved , will get better response

The room is good but the toilet is not clean. Even the beggars will not use the towel given to me. And the reception staff looks at us like clowns. Staffs are rude and intimidating behaviour.

Rooms are nice and great service, wide area of parking, good ambience

The information on their websites is not really honored and it misleads as it says " ALWAYS EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS " Better be specific about what was that exceeding expectations. The hotel is not recommended for a leisure stay. It's good if the hotel has a Swimming Pool, a Fitness area and a Spa.

It's a decent place for a stay in Parambra. The room was very neat and tidy. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. If the staff had a smiling face always, our experience would have been changed.

A high class space to have get together with your friends. Great seating ,ambience , neat and tidy seating with beautifully arranged lighting. Tasty food with beverages. Well behaved and with great service by staffs. The hotel have great parking and easily reachable from main road.

Hotel Surya is the one and best in perambra. The wast parking area and its elevation impressed. The rooms are very neat and maintained regularly. The food items are tasty. The staff are very kind enough to do our neats with efficient service. Firstly we hesitate to book our room with our family as it was attached with bar but everything was very safe to stay with our family.

Overall Good Experience The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel renovated recently. But the amenities provided is not enough for a star rated hotel. There is not even a mat outside the Bathroom. Only soap is provided in bathroom. As star rated hotel we expect more facilities.
