Puthumana Residency

My parents stayed in the hotel, I visited them only once but they were praising the hotel for a very long time. They sort of forced me to write this review. Compliments to staff who ensured they had a very good stay also the services provided were good. The rooms had ample space for two and were clean. Cheers.

Edit - March 2025: I stayed in this hotel in November 2019. It was excellent. I now stayed in this hotel in March 2025. It is still excellent. The room is nice. Everything works. There is 24 hrs hot water. The owner and staff are friendly. In November 2019, I paid 600. Now in March 2025, I paid 672. You can pay by Google Pay. Excellent hotel located opposite the Old Bus Stand. Very clean and everything works. Nice good hot water. The owner was extremely helpful in planning my travels. He even drew maps and they were perfect.

Not Bad. ..But Atmosphere not Perfect

The staffs were really helpful. That is the best thing about this place. Also the rooms were comfortable and had great facilities considering the price range. The only downside being it's difficult to access through big difficult since the road leading to the residency is very small and cramped. The rooms are spacious enough and comfortable.

Booked the room for family for two nights. Pros- 1. Walkable from bus stand 2. Clean Rooms and washroom 3. Courteous staff 4. Top quality bedding and towels were provided. Cons- 1. Difficult for pure veg 2. No kettle, toiletries provided. Kudos to kamlakshan for taking good care of my family for their stay. Hands down better than other hotels in payyanur.

Budget friendly lodge located opposite to Payyanur old bus stand. Rooms are very neat & clean. Hot water available for bath. Good to stay.

Neat, clean and budget friendly. Courteous staff. Mosquitos is an issue along with lack of parking for big cars.

- Located interior. - Not so visible from main road though placed at city centre. - Well maintained clean room,adequate for a day's stay. - You will also find attached restaurant at ground level, which serves both veg and no veg. - Over all good budget stay in payyannur.
