This is a new property located at just walkable distance from Payyanur railway station and Payannur town. As its a new property the rooms are excellent and clean. They offer both AC and non AC rooms at an appropriate rate. Stayed here for a day on a business trip and I am very much satisfied. It will be great if they had maintained the place all along.

We enquired about the availabilities of the room and they said fhere are vacant rooms there after 2hrs we reached there. We totally disappointed because the guy in the reception told there are no rooms there and they don't know about the enquiry..
