MAS Residency

This was one of the worst experiences of my life.I had not found any hotel rooms in good hotels as they were all completely full.So I went to Mas Residency as the reviews were quite good the prices also were affordable but there was one thing which was very suspicious that all the reviews were 6-5 years old meaning many people had not recently visited the place. We reached there and asked to check the room before paying as he only accepted advance payments but he didn't all us to check the rooms he took almost 3000 rupees for 1 day stay and 2 rooms we thought it would be good we entered the room and there was a disgusting and woody smell coming from it.After talking for abt 20 mins with my family we spotted a lizard running around after that since we had to go to the temple we started to get ready and as I was keeping all my clothes back there was flying cockroach behind me finally after catching it we killed it and threw it out and then after that we saw another lizard and planned to leave the hotel the very same day there were also 3-4 large spiders hanging on the ceiling of the bathroom.It was one of the worst hotels ever pls never visit it there was also a lot of dust and was not dusted properly.

One of the worst experiences of checking into this hotel. The rooms were infested with cockroaches and lizards..It was not clean and the room was full of cobwebs and it felt like living in a dungeon.There was no ventilation and the rooms were stuffy.It's not recommended for families with kids and ladies.

Some rooms are spacious, and d location is 5-8 min walk from d town centre hence peaceful. These are the positives.. they do not have room service, no restaurants in the hotel either.. in fact did not find any restaurant in that lane.. so that was a big challenge.. there's no concept of service at all in d hotel. Wont recommend for families especially with kids, and for long stays of over 3 days .. for one or two days max as a transit hotel.. plus no wifi so business travellers may have a challenge ..

Location is easy accessible. 850 for non AC double room. Rooms are average. No soap, paste, towel, drinking water.

Came here for the passing out parade, it was not a very good experience as there were no drinking water facility, no parking facility. Room was okish, and also the pricing was too high

Near to co operative hospital payyannur, reliable by price, accommodation under 1000 rupees and the facilities also adjustable, comfortable for low cost medium categories

It was a hospital before that got renovated to a lodge. Rooms are small but clean. It's got the basics and it's very close to the town.

Neat and cheap place,nearby transport facilities too available viz auto stand is nearby, about 300-400m near old and new Bus stand and KSRTC bus stand
