Kmh residency

Very small rooms. No room service. No restaurant. Most of the booking sites are updated with only Non- A/C rooms and rates. Had to pay extra at the reception. No room boys available for shifting the luggage. Staff at reception were polite.

My stay at KMH residency was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I was especially impressed by Mr.Sajesh, who provided outstanding service. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and hospitality!

Pros: Rooms are very small but well maintained . The services are very prompt and good . Access to the location is bit difficult u can get an auto and get down at Gandhi Maidan Park . Street light are less to the entrance , notice board are easily posted to get into . The Reception staff are very cooperative Cons: Heater are not working, return from the room is bit difficult no hotels are available but online food delivery is available ( i had ordered Swiggy) Mosquito is a menace . Single are not available but was told that its under construction. No intercom services are available.

The housekeeping staff was exceptional--my room was always spotless and well-stocked with fresh towels and amenities. The room service was prompt, and the food was delicious. Recently I booked my stayed in Payyanur at KMH Residency. I Booked An AC room through Booking. com .. But when I reached the Hotel and showed them the booking email they refused to give me the AC room and the argue with me that AC is not included the booking i booked through the Booking app.. The Manager is so rude and he doesn't have any sense of welcoming guests..I showed them the proof of booking Email which includes air conditioned Room But they refused give and they said so many blunt reasons for that.. Such a bad experience.They told me to pay Extra cash for the AC room .... The AC and flat T. V's are there in the room just for show... They are charging 1100 per day without atleast a TV and rooms are small...They are making customers fool by doing this... Also they told me to pay additional amount to use the Television...So i didnt pay the addtl for AC and T V... Also there is no hot water provided..Such a bad experience it was...

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, clean white sheets, good bathroom, aircon and ceiling fan. Quiet location close to main town and Hospital for those that need accommodation nearby. Just miss a kettle.

The location is nearby the main road but most auto drivers are unaware of it.The entrance road is not good. Rooms are neat .The hot water is available outside and the room boys will bring it on demand.It is inconvenient.No restaurant near.
