KK Residency

We came here from Ottapalam to visit INA and stayed in KK for 2 days. The staff is courteous and helpful. Food is palatable and to our liking. Only problem we faced was, not having sufficient towels in our rooms. We had to ask repeatedly to get a towel. Would like you to take care of these small yet important details so that your guests are happy and comfortable

KK Residency is right opposite to the private bus stand. It is just 5 mins drive from the railway station also. Rooms are very neat and clean. A/c was very old in one of the rooms we stayed. They have a bar in the property. Staff are very cordial and supportive. A very big dining area and tasty north kerala breakfast buffet also was served to us. Overall excellent stay.

Me and my family had the pleasure to stay there for 1 night , the service was excellent , we were served delicious food both in the night and morning . Thanks to Mr George Sebastian for providing us such a wonderful service and accomodation .The staffs are very hospitable and kind . We were provided room during such a busy season .

Today we visited KK Residency to have our Lunch. The traditional Kerala Thali Meals was very delicious. Very cool ambience and experienced staff

The room service was overall satisfactory but left room for improvement. While the staff was polite and responsive, the service was somewhat slow, with orders taking longer than expected to arrive. The food quality was decent but lacked the freshness one would expect from a hotel of this standard. As for the room, it was clean and comfortable, though nothing extraordinary. Basic amenities were provided, but the decor felt a bit outdated, and the room size was average. Overall, the experience was fine, but there's definitely potential for enhancement in both service and room quality.

KK Residency is a top choice for family stays in Payyanur. Located right in the heart of town, just opposite the bus stand, it's very convenient. The rooms were neat, hygienic, and safe for kids. Our spacious AC room provided a pleasant sleep, and hot water was available for showers. The large corridors were a nice touch in this prime location. While the complimentary breakfast could be improved, it's still a great option for families.

Excellent food and service. Staff are very friendly.
