Hotel Juju International

Love this place for a decent lunch/dinner. Have not stayed here, so I'm not sure about the rooms, but the food is yum. The only disappointment is that a lot of items in the menu are not really available, so I guess the menu should be updated, but taste wise, I have loved whatever I have had so far. Will request to include a variety in deserts! We're forced to choose between different flavors of ice cream since no other desert is available.

The rooms were clean and neat and the service is good. The hotel has complimentary breakfast, the spread is limited and just ok with the taste, the restaurant service is bad. For dinner we ordered simple sandwiches just 2 of them it took 50 minutes for them to serve, most of the customers in the restaurant were frustrated with the service, as most of them were asking why the delay.

The room and cleanliness were fine, but we had some issues during our stay. We booked two deluxe rooms and one standard room, but the sizes of both rooms were the same, which was confusing. However, the biggest disappointment was the breakfast buffet. We ordered one omelette each and then requested one more. The staff told us we would be charged for the extra omelette after we finished our meal, but they should have informed us of this beforehand It's not about the extra charge, but about transparency during the ordering process.

Pathetic state of affairs. We were given a room where the air condition was not working. There was no fan as well in the room which made it even worse. They said it is a breakfast buffet but they charged us for the omlettes saying we ate more than one omelette. How pathetic , this was deeply insulting. Having stayed in multiple other places, this was by far the worst experience Food was good though. Giving it 2 stars only because of the food One more tip if you are staying here , go for the standard room as there is no difference between the deluxe and standard. You can save 500 bucks

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered Chicken Manchow Soup, Noodles, Fried Rice, and Chilly Chicken (dry). The soup came without fried noodles and tasted different from usual. When I complained, they admitted their mistake and gave fried noodles separately. They also offered to replace the soup, but I declined. After a long wait, the Chilly Chicken was served cold, like it had just come from the fridge. When I complained, they reheated it, but it turned into semi-gravy, likely because they added water. After waiting so long, I expected fresh, hot food, but the quality and service were disappointing. Wouldn't recommend it.

Visited today with family.. Nice atmosphere.. neet and clean food's are tasty..... But we are having food inbetween someone ( maybe supervisor)shouted supplier..near by our table.. that's not good ..you can shout your staff no problem.. but don't shout infront of customer.. I felt bad .. our mood spoiled..

Went there to dine and had a pathetic experience. We ordered Mughlai caz half of the dishes were unavailable. It was a white sauce Mughlai that was completely no edible. We actually got pieces of cashews. They made us wait for over 40 mins for the food and finally we had to eat the naan with pickle. We had ordered a lime soda that never made to the table even after we finished our food and waited 15 mins. Though there were a lot of staff, none of them bothers to check in. Please dont visit Juju when u come to Payyanur.

Pathetic banquet hall too high price than a five star hotel power failures water leakage during function. Horrible experience. Please dont book hall for functions. Smelly rooms too
