There is no parking space. And service is good. I've booked 2 times. Rooms are good. You have to collect soaps and brush kit from the reception. Rest of all is good.

The room was a little less comfortable and clean, but considering the price it was fine. The guy at the reception was very kind.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days and one night. What I liked is that- this is a hotel with a unique concept of 'NO FRILLS- NO EXTRAVEGANZA'. The main purpose is to offer the best quality room with Air Conditioning and western style bathroom at extremely low-affordable costs. Property is under upgradation. Not yet fully functional. Currently, there is no hot water system installed in the room but whenever you desire, you will get bucket of hot water within 20 minutes free of costs. Safety and security is also no issue. Just give your cloths to Manager of this Hotel and he will get it done from nearby laundries and will keep you well pressed cloths in your room at the evening. This hotel is without any restaurant. However, this Hotel is located at the central market place in the heart of Market and hence Manager always arranges Tea or Coffee or break fast or even lunch and dinner also for you as a room service. He organizes food and beverages from nearby restaurants and serves you in your room. In fact, Guests is having many choices just below and nearby Hotel to enjoy the food. Go outside and eat whenever and whatever you want within walkable distance. Rooms are comfortable and with good quality bed and mattresses (At par with any other hotel with even 3 times more the room rate than the room rate of COMFORT INN) and western style clean toilets with bathroom (At par with any other hotel with 3 times more rate than the rate of COMFORT INN). The room service and house keeping and cleanliness is excellent. The idea is, pay only for the bed and bathroom. All other services are available from outside at very cheap costs. If such services are available in side your hotel then normally you will have to pay very high for the same services which are cheaply available out side. There was no TV in my room and I never thought that it is inconvenience. In fact, it is better to sleep calmly in absence of any TV. Very soon, Hot water Geysers will be installed in the room and you will get 24 X 7 Hot Water. Auto Rickshaw and Taxy and even buses are available just opposite the Hotels and that itself is great convenience. If a male member is travelling alone with less luggage (Hotel on 2nd Floor but no lift) or a solo traveler on business trip, he/she must stay in COMFORT INN only to save lot of money and eat anywhere outside. I strongly recommend that if you want to have comfort of ONLY bed and bathroom, get that same comfort in COMFORT INN at one third price. (instead of paying INR 3000/Night in any other HOTE, In which you pay so high by default, for all those features and facilities which you may not even use or require). I will not recommend COMFORT IN if you are travelling with family as family may like to have TV, Geysers and all fancy facilities which are not available in COMFORT INN currently. There is no issue of safety and security.

Not suitable for family, suitable for Bachelors and for men, no lift and rooms are small, as soon as we open the door room stinks .

Best affordable hotel in payyannur. Staffs are very good and prices are low. Very accessable to public transport. Also couple friendly.
